Open Road Automotive Group in Florham Park, NJ is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our busy BDC. You will handle inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and document customer interactions in the CRM to drive a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDC, call center, customer service or automotive is a plus but not required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to use computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service reminders.
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
