Lakeside Toyota in Metairie, LA, is seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center. You will supervise and train a team of BDC coordinators, manage customer communications via email and phone, and align activities with dealership standards.

Focus on driving internet leads, call efficiency, and performance reporting. The role requires strong leadership, CRM familiarity, and a proven track record in automotive BDC management.

Competenze

• Experience in internet sales or management of an automotive BDC/internet sales department.
• Ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists.
• Solid understanding of automotive sales and service department operations.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily BDC department operations.
• Recruit and train BDC staff.
• Understand buying profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospects.
• Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results.
• Prepare individual “call results reports” for BDC staff.
• Record and listen to customer calls.
• Train BDC staff by reviewing recorded/live calls and outcomes.
• Determine which customers to contact based on current marketing initiatives.
• Review performance and develop staff.
• Interface with other department heads.
• Participate in dealership management meetings.
