Job summary

Southern 441 Toyota seeks an experienced BDC Service Manager to lead the Service BDC Department in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership setting. You will coach a team of BDC representatives and oversee daily operations to optimize customer interactions and appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities include monitoring call performance, handling escalations, driving service retention, and collaborating with Service Advisors to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a BDC or service department in an automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage inbound/outbound call campaigns and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Service BDC Department and coach the team.
• Improve inbound/outbound call performance and customer follow-up.
• Monitor CXI scores and service metrics, drive appointment show rates and revenue.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to resolve escalations and optimize processes.
