Holman Cadillac is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Business Development Consultant to join our team. This in-store role connects our centralized BDC with the store to maximize internet lead opportunities and drive results.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years of customer service or sales experience, and familiarity with CRM tools. Compensation includes $55,000 base plus monthly bonuses, with OTE around $73,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills essential.
• 2–4 years in customer service or sales.
• Experience in automotive industry a plus.
• Familiarity with dealership operations a plus.
• Familiarity with BDC functions a plus.
• Experience reviewing processes to improve efficiencies.
