Qualifications

• Automotive BDC experience preferred.
• flexibility for day/evening and Saturday shifts.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the essential communications link between the client and the dealership.
• Receive inbound and make outbound sales calls.
• Monitor leads and ensure timely responses.
• Social media management and posting articles.
• Provide monthly campaign reporting.

Skills

Automotive BDC experience preferred

Intermediate internet and computer skills

Knowledge of customer service principles

Keyboard skills, proficiency in Word and Excel
