Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate qualified sales appointments.
• Re-engage previous customers and inactive leads through consistent follow-up.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate with managers on appointment availability.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to reconnect them with the dealership.
• Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
• Represent Toyota of Santa Barbara with professionalism and enthusiasm on every call.
