You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, scheduling appointments and providing an exceptional customer experience across phone, text, email, and chat.

• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service reminders.
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
