Job summary

Open Road Automotive Group seeks an enthusiastic Automotive BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our fast-paced Business Development Center. You will be the first contact for customers, scheduling appointments and answering inquiries by phone, text, email, and chat to create an outstanding experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, be comfortable with CRM software, and be available to work evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service reminders
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Accurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRM
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude
