Open Road Automotive Group in Massachusetts is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive BDC Appointment Coordinator to handle inbound inquiries, schedule sales and service appointments, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will work in a fast-paced BDC, using phone, text, email, and chat to connect with customers, document interactions in the CRM, and support the sales and service teams toward daily appointment and performance goals. Evening and Saturday shifts may be required.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and service reminders.
• Build rapport and provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer communications in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, customer-first attitude.

As a BDC Appointment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and create an exceptional customer experience that drives dealership success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.
