Open Road Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our growing Business Development Center. You will handle inquiries by phone, text, email, and chat, and you will schedule appointments to drive dealership success.

You will document all interactions in the CRM, follow up on leads, and collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDC, call center, customer service, hospitality, or automotive roles is a plus but not required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service reminders.
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
