Job summary

Executive Honda in Wallingford, CT seeks an energetic Automotive BDC Agent to enhance the premium guest experience. You will handle calls, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects to dealership resources, while supporting the sales team and maintaining customer relationships.

The role offers a 5-day work week, excellent compensation with bonuses up to $75,000 per year, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Participate in team and process development sessions-maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
