Job summary

Executive Honda in Wallingford, CT is seeking an Automotive BDC Agent to create a premium guest experience. You will answer calls, follow up on sales appointments, and respond to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with templates and scripts.

You will present initial financing options, guide customers to dealership resources, and maintain daily CRM updates while collaborating with sales teams and management.

• Previous customer service experience is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Participate in team and process development sessions—maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
