Executive Jeep & Nissan in Connecticut is seeking an energetic BDC Agent to drive premium guest experience by handling calls, chats, and inquiries and guiding customers toward dealership resources. You’ll provide initial product and financing information and schedule sales appointments.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templatesProvide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Participate in team and process development sessions—maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
