Executive Auto Group is seeking a responsive Automotive BDC Agent in North Haven, CT. The role focuses on handling customer calls, live chats, and internet inquiries, with a pathway to financing guidance and collaboration with sales and management.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

• Strong computer skills to manage CRM and data entry.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book or no-show.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments


• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates


• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources


• Present initial financing options based on customer needs


• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show


• Utilize CRM tracking system daily


• Participate in team and process development sessions—maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
