Job summary

Executive Auto Group is seeking an energetic Automotive BDC Agent in Connecticut to manage inbound and outbound communications, schedule showroom and sales appointments, and provide first-line product information.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, CRM usage, and collaboration with sales teams to drive guest experience and dealership success.

• Previous customer service experience

• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Participate in team and process development sessions—maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments
