Job summary

Executive Jeep is seeking an energetic BDC Agent to create premium guest experiences at our North Haven, CT dealership. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, schedule sales appointments, and guide customers to financing options while coordinating with sales teams.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and dependable computer skills; a valid driver’s license is required as you support a busy automotive showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book an appointment or who no-show.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments


• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates


• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources


• Present initial financing options based on customer needs


• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show


• Utilize CRM tracking system daily


• Participate in team and process development sessions—maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
