Executive Auto Group is seeking an energetic Automotive BDC Agent for Executive Jeep & Nissan in North Haven, CT. You will handle customer calls, set sales appointments, and respond to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, helping customers with product information and financing options.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and set follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Present financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book or no-show.
• Use CRM tracking system daily.
• Participate in team/process development sessions and maintain positive relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments


• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates


• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources


• Present initial financing options based on customer needs


• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show


• Utilize CRM tracking system daily


• Participate in team and process development sessions—maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
