Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Somerville, NJ area. With over 2,000 locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.

Position Details

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in ensuring efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, and maintaining safety standards.

Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and under-car repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through high-quality service and timely repairs. They also drive sales initiatives and communicate with customers to assess needs and provide repair information.

Qualifications
