Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, enforcing policies and standards
• Schedule work for mechanics and technicians
• Manage orders and ensure quality and timely completion of jobs
• Maintain customer satisfaction and safety standards

Service Manager Specifics

• Assist customers with tire and repair service selections
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
• Direct workflow of technicians and stages of vehicle repairs
• Communicate with customers about their needs and repair options
