We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Roxbury Township, NJ area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety standards.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary repairs. They oversee workflow of mechanics and technicians, ensure timely completion of services, and communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
