We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Malvern, PA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. They enforce policies, manage staff schedules, oversee outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and ensure team safety.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and repair services, directs workflow of mechanics and technicians, and drives sales initiatives. They communicate with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
