We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Dedham, MA. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.

About the Positions

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.

Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary repairs. They ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, directing workflow of mechanics and technicians, and driving sales initiatives. They communicate with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure a positive in-store experience.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and possess:

• At least 1 year of experience/training in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs/maintenance, or
• A combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties.
