We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Fulton, NY area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Positions

• Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety standards.
• Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of mechanics and technicians, and drives sales initiatives. Ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, and communicates effectively with customers about automotive needs.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and possess at least 1 year of experience or training in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs/maintenance, or equivalent education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the job.
