About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety standards.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary repairs. They ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance, directing workflow of technicians, and communicating with customers to assess needs and provide information about automotive services.

Qualifications
