Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position
Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety standards.

Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary repairs. They oversee workflow of mechanics and technicians, ensure timely and high-quality repairs, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications
