Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position

We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Alpharetta, GA. With over 2,000 locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely work, customer satisfaction, and safety.

Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through high-quality repairs and maintenance. They also drive sales initiatives and communicate with customers to assess needs and provide information.
