We are seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Scarsdale, NY area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.
The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary repairs. They oversee workflow, ensure customer satisfaction, and communicate with customers about automotive repairs and maintenance. They also drive sales initiatives and ensure high-quality service.
