Job Description

We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Selinsgrove, PA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operation of the retail location.
• Enforce policies, schedule work, manage orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and ensure team safety.

Service Manager Responsibilities

• Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Direct workflow of mechanics and technicians, stage repairs, communicate with customers, assess needs, and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
