Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position

Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, and maintaining safety standards.

Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through high-quality and timely vehicle services. Also responsible for communicating with customers and driving sales initiatives.
