Base Pay Range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Mavis Tire is part of the Tire Kingdom & Mavis Tires & Brakes family, with over 2,000 retail locations across the United States. We are seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team in Sarasota, FL, at our state-of-the-art automotive service centers.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  2. Enforce policies, manage technician schedules, and oversee job quality and completion.
  3. Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair recommendations.
  4. Manage workflow of mechanics and technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  5. Communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.
