We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Port Jefferson, NY area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary repairs. They ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, directing workflow of mechanics and technicians, and driving sales initiatives. They communicate with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure a positive in-store experience.

Qualifications
