Job summary

Dent Wizard International is seeking an Area Manager to lead a service-focused team across automotive reconditioning operations. You will oversee resources, technicians and capital, address customer concerns, and drive service levels and profitability.

• Experience managing other leaders and staffs of 20+
• Travels overnight approximately 10–20%

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of resources, technicians, and capital.
• Address customer, operational, and performance concerns promptly and professionally.
• Walk customer inventory to identify future workload requirements and QC repairs.
• Meet regularly with customers to discuss service levels, repair quality, and cycle-time performance.
• Ensure technicians have skills, resources, equipment, and information for high-quality repairs and service.
• Communicate to keep the team informed on critical information, expectations, and company news.
• On-board new employees, setting them up for success with training on role, expectations, processes, and policies.
• Closely support direct reports and managers to optimize production and day-to-day operations.
• Sales and Business Development: develop and execute revenue growth plans within existing customers.

Reporting to a District Operations Manager the Area Manageris a responsible foroverseeingand leadingDWoperationsfulfilling services to customersand leading technicians.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and manage a team to maximizeeffectivenessand efficiency of resources,technicians,and capital.
• Expediently and professionally address all customer, operational, and performance concerns.
• Walk customer inventory toidentify future workload requirements and QC repairs.
• Meetregularlywithcustomersto discuss servicelevels, repair quality, cycle-time performance and other issues that drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensuretechnicianspossess the necessary skills, resources, equipment, and information to deliver high quality repairs and customer service.

• Closely support direct reports/managers optimizingproduction andday-to-day operations.

Sales and Business Development

• WorkwithDMand/or DSM todevelopandexecutea revenue growthplantosell additional services within existing customers.
• Partner with DM andDSMto sellnew customersand maximizeexistingbusiness opportunities.
• Buildand solidifyrelationships withkeycustomersand network toinitiaterelationships with prospective customers.
• Drive results using strategic selling skills and negotiation abilities that create a win-win for the customer and Dent Wizard.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in managing a service-oriented multi-location organization, mobile team with a preference for dealership, rental, auction or automotive experience preferred
• Profitable management of a P&L of at least $1.5M in revenue annually
• Experiencemanaging other leaders and staffs of 20+
• Travels overnight approximately 10 – 20%

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$76,000.00-$83,200.00/Year
