Job summary
DELO Industrial Adhesives in the Greater Boston area seeks an experienced Application Engineer to lead the development of customer-specific adhesive solutions and full process integration in the automotive market. You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, provide on-site or remote technical support, travel domestically and internationally, and participate in onboarding at our Germany HQ.
Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years in a technical role are required; hands-on training is
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Prior adhesives experience not required; training provided at HQ in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex adhesive and equipment-related projects in the automotive market.
- Develop customer-specific solutions through to full process integration.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering to identify and implement technical solutions for customers.
- Support DELO Equipment Activities, including UV LED lamps and dispensing systems.
- Provide technical consultation to customers across North America, coordinating with Sales Engineers.
