Job summary

DELO Industrie Klebstoffe GmbH in the Greater Boston Area is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to advance adhesive solutions for the semiconductor, optics and microelectronics market. You will drive customer-specific process integration from concept to production with support from Sales Engineering.

Based in the Boston area or Sudbury, MA, you will collaborate with global DELO teams, provide technical consultations to customers, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years in a technical environment; Application Engineer experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; located in Greater Boston Area.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-specific adhesive solutions through full process integration.
• Support DELO Equipment Activities including UV LED lamps and dispensing systems.
• Provide technical consultation to sales engineers and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product Management and global DELO teams.
• Identify and implement new technologies into customers' production processes.
