Job summary

DELO Industrial Adhesives in the Greater San Jose Area, CA, seeks a Project Leader to drive technical implementation for key accounts in the consumer electronics sector. You will develop adhesive solutions, analyze customer needs, and coordinate with DELO teams in Germany to ensure project success.

You will build process know-how, support contract manufacturers, and lead cross-regional collaboration. Training in Germany and a Boston-based onboarding program accompany your start date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree welcomed).
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical corporate environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Prior expertise in adhesives not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Project Leader for technical implementation at key account in consumer electronics by developing and providing adhesive solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and determine technical and process-related requirements.
• Coordinate daily with customer and DELO headquarters teams in Germany.
• Build application-specific process know-how and support contract manufacturers.
• Guide colleagues across sales regions for these projects.
• Track technical trends and derive possible fields of application.
• Provide feedback to the Global Key Account Manager.
