Job summary

You will reconcile AP transactions, review employee expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. A2 years in automotive AP is required; CDK experience and MS Office skills are preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive dealership accounts payable experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is a plus.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, reviewing invoices for accuracy and adherence to policy.
• Processing payments via ACH, checks, and other methods.
• Maintaining and updating vendor records and resolving issues.
• Reconciling AP transactions and vendor statements.
• Reviewing expense reports and ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintaining proper filing and documentation for all AP activities.
