Qualifications

• Accounts Payable experience required.
• 2-year degree in Accounting/Business required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Process full-charge accurate and timely accounts payable invoice processing and payment.
• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Match invoices to checks and obtain signatures.
• Audit and process credit card bills; respond to vendor inquiries.
• Maintain files and documentation in accordance with policy.
• Prepare monthly accruals, reconciliation, and vendor statements.
• Assist with month-end close and year-end audit.
