Qualifications

• Automotive accounts payable experience is required.
• Strong math and data entry accuracy with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors and team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds (DMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately compile and sort purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and statements.
• Generate accurate and timely invoices for automotive products and services rendered to clients.
• Verify invoice details, such as pricing, terms, and discounts, ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Post daily to UCS computer system and reconcile with accounts payable schedule.
• Prepare checks per manager’s requests and issue checks accordingly.
• Open new payable accounts and obtain W9 forms and resale cards as needed.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and assist with cashiering functions.
• Assist in answering dealership phones and supporting the accounting team.
