Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, purchasing, appraisal, or dealership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable negotiating and discussing pricing.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles, automotive terminology, and vehicle values is a plus.

• Meet individual and team acquisition goals.
