Key Responsibilities

• Direct Private Sourcing: Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage local private-party vehicle sellers through digital channels, service department leads, and community outreach.
• Negotiation & Purchasing: Evaluate private vehicles, make competitive offers based on market data, and successfully negotiate purchases directly with individual owners.
• Customer Experience: Build trust with local sellers by guiding them through a seamless, transparent, and hassle-free vehicle selling process.
• Market Analysis: Monitor local inventory trends, market demand, and vehicle pricing models to make informed acquisition decisions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-up with active leads and build a strong network of local vehicle suppliers.
