Job summary

Krause Auto Group in Georgia is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close. You will collaborate with dealership teams and vendors to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have experience with a Dealership Management System (DMS) or automotive AR/AP, strong detail orientation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. This role offers growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Dealership Management System (DMS) preferred.
• Automotive Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Accounting degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor, parts, and credit card invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.
• Upload invoices within 24 hours of receipt to maintain compliance and workflow efficiency.
• Reconcile vendor statements and credit card accounts.
• Investigate and follow up on missing, outstanding, or aged invoices.
• Assist with month-end close activities and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Respond professionally and promptly to internal teams and vendor inquiries.
• Help maintain strong financial controls and process consistency across dealership operations.
