Job summary

Entrega seeks an Account Support Lead to manage automotive dealer accounts, optimize software performance, and ensure OEM client satisfaction. You will support project delivery, engage clients, and oversee technical solutions within a fast-paced professional services environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of OEM Automotive Retail program experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years OEM Automotive Retail program experience.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Support: lead initiatives, ensure deadlines and deliverables, collaborate cross-functionally.
• Client Engagement: drive dealer adoption, develop talk tracks, monitor performance.
• Technical Solution Management: troubleshoot, analyze performance, maintain product knowledge.
• Software Utilization and Performance: audit dealer settings, promote feature use and KPI improvements.
• Additional Responsibilities: perform other tasks to support team success.
