Job summary

Entrega is seeking an Automotive Retail Implementation Advisor to tailor OEM software solutions for dealer systems and processes. You will coordinate with the Entrega Digital Retail Manager and OEM stakeholders, managing timelines and milestones for a successful post-launch performance.

You will engage clients, lead implementation plans, develop technical solutions, and monitor software utilization to optimize dealer experiences across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of work experience in sales, account management, project management, technology solutions management, or a related client-focused role.
• Minimum 1 year automotive retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement - build trusted advisor relationship with Automotive Retail Dealer clients and OEM stakeholders; drive engagement and utilization with the software through training and feature benefits.
• Implementation Management - create customized communication plans between Dealer, Entrega Digital Retail Manager, internal teams and OEM stakeholders; track milestones and escalate blockers.
• Technical Solutions Management - own pivotal items requiring advanced understanding of dealer systems; craft customized implementation solutions and perform root-cause analysis.
• Software Utilization and Performance - analyze software performance data to develop strategies for ongoing improvement and dealer experience.
• Project Delivery Support - gather implementation data across Dealer network and support the Delivery team with progress assessments and recommendations.
• Additional Responsibilities - perform other duties to support organizational success.
• Job Location - onsite at Troy, Michigan headquarters; remote if in Texas, Georgia, or Florida; travel up to 25% as needed.
