Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required with 5+ years in financial services, WM, or consulting focused on program delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk/Controls, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint (and Project where applicable) for executive-ready reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for WM Platforms initiatives with integrated plans and milestones.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk/Controls, Legal, Compliance to align scope and priorities.
  • Account for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; deliver executive-ready progress views.
  • Drive day-to-day delivery rigor by coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving blockers.
  • Ensure controls, documentation, and approvals are embedded throughout the lifecycle.
  • Manage delivery readiness across testing, release planning, and business launch activities.
  • Serve as point person for ad-hoc requests and urgent issue mitigation with cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain centralized documentation and delivery artifacts for auditability.
