Jabil is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Clinton, MA to perform routine and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will follow detailed work instructions, use test equipment, and track data to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires reading, writing, and speaking English, basic math, and Windows PC skills. An associates degree in electronics or mechanics is preferred, with HS diploma plus relevant experience also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Able to acquire job skills and learn company policies to complete routine tasks.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic mathematics and understanding of safety practices.
• PC operation in Windows (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and email.
• Experience with maintenance tracking programs and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment.
• Repair, troubleshoot and diagnose non-functioning machinery.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per manuals.
• Train operators in operation and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain data and track equipment performance; work overtime as required.
