Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years experience or demonstrated skills to perform the job.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment, basic electrical work, lighting systems, equipment installation, assembly, and general repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; troubleshoot equipment issues and apply basic engineering principles to identify solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems, including maintaining records, completing reports, and ordering parts.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to maintenance needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaboration in a fast-paced maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair, adjust, and maintain facility equipment and systems.
• Install, relocate, and recommission equipment as needed.
• Maintain and repair air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems supporting production operations.
• Complete basic engineering calculations related to new equipment installations.
• Update mechanical drawings and prints to reflect approved changes.
• Service and maintain HVAC and ventilation systems per manufacturer specs.
• Provide recommendations to supervisor for equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
