Job summary

Jabil seeks a skilled maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will dismantle, adjust, repair and reassemble equipment per blueprints and manuals, perform diagnostics, and document maintenance activities.

Overtime/on-call work may be required to meet production needs. Candidates should hold an Associate degree in electronics with 5–8 years of related experience; strong English communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics with emphasis in servo positioning or related field.
• 5–8 years of electro-mechanical equipment experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot to identify problems in electro-mechanical equipment used in manufacturing.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and reassemble equipment per plans and manuals.
• Calibrate equipment using general and specialized test equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and assist with work procedures.
