Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing leader, is seeking a maintenance associate to perform routine tasks under detailed work instructions on our manufacturing floor. You will support electro‑mechanical equipment, run preventive maintenance, and assist with data tracking and basic repairs.

The role emphasizes safety, reading blueprints, and using standard tools. An associate degree in electronics or mechanics is preferred, with HS diploma plus experience also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and communicates in English to complete routine tasks.
• Basic mathematics required for measurements and calculations.
• Knowledge of torque specifications and use of hand tools.
• Understanding of electro-mechanical equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Repair and data-track feeder maintenance tasks.
• Train employees in operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Troubleshoot non-functioning electro‑mechanical equipment.
