Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Industrial Automation Technician to operate and maintain bakery automation systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on night shifts.

You will work with VFDs, PLCs, conveyors, and servo motors, applying AM/PM standards and reading schematics to troubleshoot issues and improve line performance. Strong collaboration with engineering and production teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining and improving packaging/food processing lines.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of autonomous and preventive maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Provide feedback on maintenance strategy and training programs.
• Serve as the automation expert for the facility and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain documentation of maintenance activities.
• Be adaptable to night shift and overtime as needed.
