Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance professional for a night shift in Indianapolis. You will operate and maintain equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility, using autonomous and preventive maintenance standards to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.

The role requires knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, reading schematics, and troubleshooting controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance and able to troubleshoot a fully automated production facility.
• Experience with safety & lockout/tagout programs and adherence to PPE standards.
• Familiarity reading schematics, troubleshooting controls, and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment following autonomous and preventive maintenance standards.
• Ensure safety, food safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are met.
• Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Lead proactive reliability and maintenance improvements in a fast-paced facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments.
